Current contract posture

Syllecta is available for controlled pilots and approved early production trials. Public legal pages define the baseline posture, but paid production contracts, governing law, final legal entity details, and customer-specific terms must be confirmed in a written agreement before broader launch.

Contact channels

• Legal and privacy: use the contact channel listed in the customer or pilot agreement.
• Support: use the agreed pilot support channel unless a separate support plan applies.
• Security reports: follow the Vulnerability disclosure process.

Public mailboxes for legal, privacy, support, and security should be activated before paid self-serve launch. Until then, customer-specific agreement and onboarding channels are the authoritative contact path.

Compliance status

Syllecta does not currently claim SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification, HIPAA or PCI compliance, or GDPR compliance. Current public claims describe shipped controls or clearly marked roadmap work. The security review pack gives a current questionnaire baseline, while formal compliance packaging, DPA review, and customer-specific questionnaires remain customer-contract work before larger regulated deployments.
