Privacy notice
This pre-launch notice explains what Syllecta collects through the public site, early access intake, and customer console.
Last updated: April 26, 2026
Information we collect
- Early access details such as name, email, company, provider stack, and pilot context.
- Console account details such as user name, email, role, tenant, and authentication metadata.
- Operational product data such as webhook metadata, usage counters, callback status, and diagnostic logs.
- Technical data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and security or rate-limit signals.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to early access requests, operate the product, protect accounts, investigate delivery failures, improve reliability workflows, and communicate about pilots or support.
Webhook and payload data
When a tenant configures Syllecta to receive webhook traffic, the service may process event metadata, callback status, and payload content needed to verify, deliver, replay, and debug the event flow. Sensitive fields should not be submitted unless they are necessary for the configured workflow.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell early access or product data. We may use service providers or operators who need access to run the product, support pilots, or maintain security. We retain information for as long as needed for product operation, support, security, legal, or pilot-management purposes.
Requests
To ask about deletion, access, or correction of early access information, use the same contact channel or pilot conversation through which you shared the information.
